About payment

About delivery

Ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. In some cases, items may be delivered by Sagawa Express or Fukuyama Transport. Please note. (You cannot choose the delivery company)

Shipping fee for Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu is 880 yen. (Free shipping for purchases over 5,500 yen including tax.)
Shipping fee to Hokkaido and Okinawa prefectures is 1,320 yen. (Free shipping for purchases over 9,900 yen including tax.)

Normally, orders placed by 10:00 on weekdays, excluding holidays, will be shipped on the same day.
Depending on the delivery area and traffic conditions, your order will be delivered within 2-7 days after placing your order.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or business holidays.

You can select the delivery date and time when placing your order. *For some products, such as those made to order, it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time.

We apologize, but this item will only be shipped within Japan.

If you place multiple orders, shipping fees will be charged for the number of orders.

Regarding exchanges, returns, and repairs

Apparel, wetsuits, and miscellaneous goods purchased from the Rip Curl Online Store can only be returned if they are unused.
